The Journal was founded in January 2004 to accomplish three goals:

  • Act as a catalyst and information interchange for the growing community of Enterprise Architecture advocates
  • Serve as an online community for that same group
  • Provide impartial analysis regarding tools and services for Enterprise Architecture.
